To our valued clients,
We wish to advise that the Riparian Plaza re-opened on Monday 24th January,
allowing us to return to our Brisbane Office. Our Brisbane staff continued to
work remotely during the 10 day period that the Riparian Plaza was closed, and
we trust that the disruption that this caused to our clients was minimal.
During the past 2 weeks we have been providing assistance to clients with flood
effected properties. Some of our clients have had monthly rental payments from
their tenants withheld until their properties are cleaned up & refurbished.
Balmain understands that this situation can put a strain on a property owners
cash-flow. We have been working with clients to negotiate mutually beneficial
outcomes with our various lenders to deal with this issue.
