How can I invest in the Balmain (MMT) Mortgage Trust and Balmain (MWMT)
The Balmain (MMT) Mortgage Trust is current closed to applications and the Product Disclosure Statement has been removed from the market as of 4 January 2012.
As well, the Balmain (MWMT) Mortgage Trust is currently closed to applications and the Product Disclosure Statement has been removed from the market as of 15 September 2010.

I am an Existing Units investor, what is the term of my investment?
We expect that the full payment of your total investment amount will take approximately six years and three months from the first payment of Compulsory Redemptions (15 March 2010). This period may be reduced if we pay Supplementary Compulsory Redemptions to Existing Unitholders during this time.

How do I make a redemption?
Investments in the fund are not generally available for immediate or at call
redemptions. Please refer to our Redemptions page.
Am I able to redeem my investment if I am in financial hardship?
Special Hardship redemptions from the Trust are applicable to unitholders in
both the Balmain (MMT) Mortgage Trust and the
Balmain (MWMT) Mortgage Trust. Unitholders must submit a Financial Hardship
request and each request is assessed and processed under Hardship guidelines.

Unitholders’ income entitlements are calculated daily and distributions are paid

Mainstream FundBPO is the registry service provider for the Balmain (MMT) Mortgage
Trust and the Balmain (MWMT) Mortgage Trust. As registry, Mainstream FundBPO process

What do I need to do to transfer an account into a new name?
In order to process a transfer from an existing account into a new name, we
require a completed Balmain Funds Standard Transfer form and a certified copy of
identification (eg. front and back of current drivers licence or current
passport). Please note that no NSW stamp duty is payable as the units are held
